Any person who has performed or intends to perform professional work in any one of AFTRA's jurisdictions is eligible for membership.

New members pay a one-time initiation fee plus dues covering the first dues period. As of November 1, 2003, the initiation fee is $1,300. Minimum dues for the first dues period (six months) are $60.90. After joining, a member's dues are based on his or her earnings in AFTRA's jurisdiction during the prior year. Dues are billed each May 1st and November 1st.

Please keep in mind that only a certified bank check, visa, mastercard, or cash are accepted for initiation fees.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted.
