Free Flu Vaccinations!

The Actors' Fund of America will be conducting flu vaccination days
for all performing arts and entertainment industry professionals as follows:

November 20
9:30 AM -12:00 PM and 1:30:-4:00 PM

December 6
9:30 AM -12:00 PM and 1:30:-4:00 PM

December 8
(No Morning Session) 1:30-4:00 PM

December 13
9:30 AM -12:00 PM and 1:30:-4:00 PM

475 West 57th Street (off of 10th Avenue)

All union members should present their union cards.

Since these dates and times are contingent upon receipt of the vaccine as scheduled,
they are subject to change.
