AFTRA's "UTL" Fund

The following is a list of persons for whom deposits have been made to our “Unable to Locate” (UTL) Trust Account.  Persons whose names appear on the list should call the AFTRA UTL Hot Line at (323) 634-8255.  Please be prepared to provide your social security number and current address when you call.  Upon receipt of the above information, the UTL staff will verify the necessary information and contact you by mail within one week to make arrangements to release monies held in trust on your behalf.

Members have called to advise that some persons listed are deceased.  Although we are aware of that fact, we do not have beneficiary information.  Therefore, we are unable to forward the checks to the appropriate party.  If you have information about who to contact to obtain the necessary beneficiary information for a deceased member, please call (323) 634-8255.
